I invested about 20 divs into the build and feel like I'm struggling to breeze through red maps. In my PoB my poison duration for Doom Blast is only around 4. It increases DoT taken by enemies, and reduces their chaos resistance. Numbers look promising, if there's a way to proc Doom. But then if you have green slots you can flex on alternate quality gems to get even more value.
